All attendees are encouraged to book their rooms at the Marriott to help ensure that the AKFCF fills its contracted room block to avoid attrition fees.

Please visit the exclusive Marriott AKFCF booking site for details on accommodations. The $199 rate is per guestroom, per night, for up to four (4) occupants. Rates are subject to a 15% sales tax and a 2% Occupancy Tax. The above room rate includes complimentary In-Room Internet Access and use of the Fitness Center. Rates are honored three (3) days prior and post-Convention dates. Deposit of one night’s room and tax required at the time of booking. Changes and cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival day to avoid one night’s penalty fee.

The deadline for hotel reservations at the group rate is January 22, 2018.

Air

John Wayne-Orange County Airport (SNA) is a 14 mile drive from the Anaheim Marriott. Long Beach Airport (LGB) is 18.2 miles from the Anaheim Marriott and Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is 35 miles away.

Ground

Taxis are available at an average rate of $45 one way and depending on traffic is a 20 minute ride from SNA. Uber is available from the airport. Hertz car rental is on property at the Marriott.

Parking

Valet parking is available at $31 per day for all hotel guests. Self-parking is available at $25 per day.

Non-Exhibitor or Non-Sponsor attendees: $2,000. This category applies for vendors that are not doing a Caribla booth or a Caribla sponsorship.  If you are doing a sponsorship or booth in AKFCF and want to participate in the Caribla convention you will need to register in this category.

Exhibit Show

The trade show in 2018 will be located at the Anaheim Convention Center.  The cost of a Caribla booth is 10×10 booth is $6,500 and it includes 2 attendees. Additional attendees cost $700.

All the Caribla booths are in the Caribla booth row unless requested otherwise.  The booths will be assigned first by sponsorship level, then by registration date. If you want a larger booth (10×20, 10×30, etc.) purchase as many booths as would be necessary to fill the space – 10×20-2 booths, 10×30-3 booths, etc. Booth assignments will be communicated by January 15, 2018. Please ask for special booth pricing when purchasing more than one Caribla booth.

Note: For the first time in many years, all suppliers are invited to attend the KFCC-US updates during general session.  We encourage you to do so!  Your Caribla registration includes the AKFCF program as well, all meals, social events and parties listed in the program.  Trade show time is exclusive – no other meetings or events take place during open show hours.
