The group room rate of $225 rate is per guestroom, per night, for up to four (4) occupants. Rates are subject to a 12.5% sales tax. The room rate includes complimentary In-Room Internet Access and use of the Fitness Center. Rates are honored three(3) days prior and post-Convention dates based on availability. A deposit of one night’s room and tax is required at the time of booking. Changes and cancellations must be made within 72 hours of the scheduled arrival day to avoid one night’s penalty fee.

Travel Information

Air
You will want to fly into the Orlando International Airport (MCO) which is served by all major carriers.

Ground
Rosen Shingle Creek® is conveniently located on Universal Boulevard just off of the Beachline Expressway (SR 528, Exit #2).  All rideshare companies are on site at the Orlando Airport and taxi service is available. Taxis are available at an average rate of $40 one way and depending on traffic it is a 20-minute ride from the airport. Uber is available from the airport. Enterprise Rent-A-Car is on property at Shingle Creek.  Super Shuttle (shared rides) has extended a special rate click here for details.

Parking
Self-parking is complimentary for the convention attendees.  Valet parking is also available for $26 overnight..

Exhibitor Information

The trade show in 2019 will be in the Gatlin Ballroom of Rosen Shingle Creek.  The cost of a 10×10 Caribla booth is $6,500. A booth includes two attendees – the charge for any additional attendees is $700. All the Caribla booths are located in the Caribla booth row unless requested otherwise.  The booths will be assigned first by sponsorship level, then by registration date. Booth assignments will be communicated by January 15, 2019. Please ask for special booth pricing when purchasing more than one booth in Caribla. As in 2018, all suppliers are invited to attend the KFCC updates during general session (see agenda in the next pages).  We encourage you to do so!  Your registration in Caribla includes the AKFCF Convention program at no additional cost to you.
